We lost my little old lady kizzy yesterday

kizzy my 14 year old hadnt been well for a couple of weeks and she had been to the vets twice, the last time they said they thought it was her heart and she had some pills, she was supposed to go back yesterday morning, i got up at 4.30am and she was in her bed, i think she had died in her sleep, i spent most of yesterday in tears . i know she had a good long life and had an extra 3 years after her spine op but i still cant believe shes gone, she was my first cocker and the start of my love for cockers and i shall miss her terribly

So sorry for your loss. My first cocker was called Kizzy too.  :'( RIP Kizzy :luv:

No matter the timing, loosing a loved one is always so painful but hopefully in the weeks & months to come, you'll be able to remember Kizzy for all the love & laughter she bought into your life & your tears will become smiles, when you remember what a special friendship you had  :luv: :-* :luv:

It's no consolation right now but if I could choose how my dogs would go eventually, it would be as it was for Kizzy - it sounds like she had no stress and knew nothing about it :luv: :luv:
