Does anyone use an ionic pet brush?

A lady in the park who has two pekinese dogs was telling me that she uses an ionic pet brush and that it's great for their coats.  Does anyone use these on their cockers please?

I had one. I gave it away.  It was ok for going over the coats after slickering.

But I didn't like the smell it left on them  :lol2:
