Surrogate mum for pups, URGENT!

Hope this is OK to post here,  I've been told of a Cocker bitch who is very ill and has a litter of pups in West Lothian, Scotland.  I've to get more details yet but wondered if anyone had a lactating bitch in Scotland that could help these poor pups?

I have just heard that the bitch is now back home with her pups and that the breeder is topping them up and coping at the moment. :D
