Title: can,t seem to get it right

as you all know i have jasper,a 2 yr old black male,,i,m having a problem with the hair!!i comb him every day,,and still i find big lugs,,what am i doing wrong,,it doesn,t matter what i do,,he still looks as though he needs grooming again,i,m a barber ,,so i thin his hair out and just trim and taper the rest,,why is he getting these big lugs????HELP,p./s.  i,ve heard youcan.t strip  all black males as well as others,,,does that go for anything else,,does he need special attention,,HELP AGAIN :?
