Ok this may sound a daft question , but what's the lifespan of a dog hair ? This sounds like I'm a nutter but Bellas hair is stained yellow from laying down in her own ( or others I guess) urine before I had her and the white bits in her coat are that colour despite quite a few baths . I really don't want to keep trying " this and that" and assume eventually the yellow will be replaced with nice new white hair. Along with the musty wet brick smell she exudes when she's wet . . . Does anyone know how long it takes to fully replace the coat? . . . Yes I could of course shave her down and live with a greyhound like spaniel as she was underweight too but like most on here I like her coat , mess such as it is!!!
