Tear staining best product to help remove the staining ?

Amy had a cataract operation in April last year which has gone really well but is still having drops & along with the side effect to the operation now has running eyes so the fur on her face is straining quite bad, I trim away as much as I can but I was hoping someone may know of a cleaning product that may also help.
