Clipping and scissors
« on: June 14, 2006, 03:52:28 PM »
Can anyone help?

Both Phoebe & Libby have both been spayed. I have always used a coat king and thinning scissors on them both. Libby has a much thicker coat and its getting a bit long.

One area that I struggle with is the back. Would it be ok to clip this or would it go curly? The reason I used thinning scissors is to avoid this for as long as possible. Phoebe is nearly 4 and she's not gone too bad in other areas. She still has scissors used on feathers etc.

If I still want scissors used everywhere will a good grommer be happy to do this?

The usual groomer can't fit them in for a least a month and I haven't got time a the mo to do them justice.

Thanks for yours comments.
