Clippers
« on: August 18, 2006, 04:28:12 PM »
We want to buy some clippers just for Harleys "Moheckon" on top of his head.

I've seen some "wahl" ones in a catalogue.

Can anyone gives any recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Hiya,

If it's just for the top of his head, we use some thinning scissors - a fraction of the price of clippers, very easy to use, no noise & quick as you like!! They give quite a natural cut too - no danger of marks etc. I think I got ours for a few quid in the local pet shop - they're brilliant!!

Other than that, we've got some Moser Max 45 clippers but we use them for all over Max cos we trim him ourselves inbetween proper professional grooming sessions. They're quite easy to use - not too heavy - fairly quiet - about 100 odd quid though I seem to recall.  ::)
