As you say Emma, a bit short but it'll soon grow, otherwise I think they did a good job. You could always ask them next time to leave the feathering a bit longer.
Pleased they kept her ears  ;)

She looks lovely  :luv: :luv:  She really reminds me of Merv.  :luv: The feathering on her legs will grow and they have done a better job than was done on poor Moog a few months ago!!!  She came home with nothing on her legs at all after her coat got in a mess and TBH its been great (if a little curly) ever since.  She came home bouncing about like a little spring lamb - she obviously felt tonnes better. Next time you bath her and it takes a 10th of the time to dry her you'll be glad you went for it!!  ;)

The feathering will soon grow back...just ask them to leave a bit more next time ;)
One thing guaranteed with cockers is their coat seems to grow overnight ::)

She looks lovely  :D  a beautiful girl  :luv:  and it looks like a very neat job they've done and much more practical for you ATM ... it soon grows and she'll have longer feathering before you know it

She'll be so much easier to look after now and she most definitely looks like a cocker.  ;)  It won't be long before her feathering grows back a bit, but I think they did a good job with her.  :D

She looks as pretty as ever Emma.  :shades: Yep maybe the feathering is a bit on the short side but as everyone says, in a couple of weeks she'll look great. Maybe when the feathering grows back to the length that you'd prefer you should take a photo to show the groomer as a guide to how you'd like her done in future.

But for some reason it seems to grow fastest in all the places you don't want it to - paws, between the pads, throat, tops of ears, head, backside etc.  :lol:

Lovely.  I agree with Penel about the thigh high boot look though!!  She just needs a whip in her paw and she could be Madam Indie, disciplinarian!!  :005:

I'm really impressed with the finish they have managed with clipping.

I agree with you about the feathering too, but she still looks fantastic, and at least you now know that your groomer has SOME idea of how to do a cocker (unlike Gill's  ;)).

Good idea to try to get a photo of her feathering when it is as you want it.

She's beautiful (so is your daughter!)
