He looks fine! Hamish is now like that permanantly - I'd rather have him stress free than groomed, as h gets v upset. It's just not worth it so I can admire his coat looking nice - and he dries quickr this way too.

I always have my two's fur cut really short like that.  I have cockers because I love their character, rather than their appearance.  Unless you want to show them, as long as the dog is comfortable I don't think it matters how short they have their coats.  I think Herbie looks lovely :luv:

Sorry guys!!, only just managed to download the pics of boldy.  Matt has nicknamed him Gary-boldie :005:.

In actual fact Herbie looks really cute now.  There's more pics of him and Mikey on the beach today in the Working Cockers Photo's.

He was scavenging at the time.  I must admit, he's a lot easier to keep tidy now.

Please satisfy my curiosity. What is he resting his chin on in that pic? At first glance I thought it was a high level lavatory pan...but I'm sure it cant be  :-\

ph34r.  I must admit his ears are short but they did get quite matted up.  His fur is like candy floss since he's been neutered and gets all matted up after just going out in the rain.  He really needs some kind of serum or frizz-eaze :005:

:005: :005:.  That's a gas lift bar stool!!.  It wouldn't be unusual to see Herbie trying to put his head down the lavatory pan mind you! :005:
