ahh .. fanks :)

just take your time ... and do it when he is asleep ;)

if you put some pressure between the pads so they splay slightly its easier to cut (but still cut flat across the pad

took a few cuts in different directions to get it to where I wanted it to be ;)

I then use the end of the nail as a guide and trimmed round his foor from there (from underneath, which I know is incorrect .. but he was sleeping .. so no way to get him to stand .. and be still lol)

Looks like a fab job, well done! Get some good length sharp scissors to get between the pads and that also helps.

I do this with both of mine... it makes a huge difference to the amount of muck and water they bring into the house with them!  :D

I call them "poodle paws" because they are cut short like a poodle cut rather than a cocker..........I am getting better, but still can't get them that neat, well done :)
Molo has ticklish feet and so wakes up when I try to do it when he is sleeping  :005:
