Advice on grooming

Can anyone advise what is the best tool to use on my Cockers head? Shes beginning to look a bit 'bouffon'. My friend recommends a Coat King?

Coat Kings take out undercoat, which cockers don't have much of on their heads. If you want it nice and smooth and flat, get some thinning shears, 40 - 44 tooth.  :shades:
