Louie reckons MUD  ;)

Seriously though, I am working on my Crufts shopping list - is there a shampoo better than all the rest?

I put a post on a recent thread on Shampoo - we have been using the Paul Mitchel (dog!) Shampoo for Poppy (it was bought as an xmas gift  :005:) and its FAB.  Smells good enough to use myself and there is also a conditioning and detangling spray.  Poppy's coat was just lovely after the last wash.

I some times use Doreen Paige's shampoo on Toby  http://www.doreenpaige.co.uk/index.html , I like the Rosemary & Lavender shampoo the best

Ellie has been spayed and although it hasn't drastically altered her coat there has been a change.  I have though noticed a big difference to her coat over the last 2 weeks since I have been giving her evening primrose oil in her dinner, which I got from Groomers.  She also has a Burns ocean bite every day.

I get lots of complimentary comments about Lola's coat.  She is fed on JWB and about once/twice a week has sardines and every day I spray her with Evening Primrose Oil which I got from PAH.

Good tips.  I think we will introduce Molly to fish and evening primrose for now.

Thanks for your help.   :D

Good quality food! My lot also get tuna and sometimes mackerel, and always use a good quality shampoo. With a breed like cockers you get back what you put in, so lots of TLC helps!

I agree with the good quality food - I also give Dax an ocean bite treat every day (I smash it up with a rolling pin and use it for his training treats  :005:) Dorwest herbs do some good supplements which are good for adult dogs - seaweed/kelp is good - I might put Dax on this when he is older  ;)
