Tips please on any trimming needed for first show!!

Do I need to trim anywhere for his first show? I am already keeping feet tidy and taking hair out from between pads.  I won't be pulling any hair until he is around 9 months or when its ready to come out, but he has a lot of hair already around the chest area, also underneath ears, down sides of neck and very hairy cheeks!

I would probably thin the chest into a v shape, trim behind the ears so they look neat and tidy and strip or thin the cheeks
