Tyke's skirt

Trying to brush the knots out of the boys fur today since their trip to the beach.
I used the Spratts comb on Tykes back and sides,loads of fur came out.

I've also noticed his skirt is mostly made up of  very long black fur coming down from his ribs starting well above the line between his elbows and back legs.
The only fur which falls from his belly is spindly white fur. If I thin out his long black fur from his sides he would have a very sparse skirt.

Do I keep going with the Spratts or will he look silly.
Wish I had a resent photo - I'll dig my camera out

leave his black fur alone, other wise you wont have any feathering down the sides.

Back to the knots then

they must have enjoyed there time on the beach,


tease the knots out with a leave in conditioner ( boots coconut leave in )


Or gentle slid the scissor blade through them

Soo tempted to swop for vizla's after a week on the beach
