What do you use to trim the front part of the legs?  I'm okay with thinning the feathers but don't know how to get that lovely smooth look on the front.  Also, should I cut the feathers first with straight scissors and then thin to soften the line?  Any help would be much appreciated as Molly looks like she's wearing furry boots at the minute :D   Thanks.

  I'm sorry i haven't been to do Molly yet

Butty hasn't got any hair on the front of her legs, but she does grow a little fluff and I usually handstrip it out. Roana grows quite coarse wirey long hair's on the front of her legs so I use thinners on those  :)
I don't use straight scissors on the legs feathering at all...just thinners  ;)

Cool Gilly, thanks!  I'm just tidying up the really straggly bits - leaving the best bits for you ;)  :D .  (Think I'll wait till you see her legs before doing anything though)
