Greasy and static coat

Tia seems to have developed a greasy and static coat over the last few days. We brush her at least 4 times a week but have never bathed her (she is now 7 months). She is not fond of water, tending to walk around puddles rather than through them  . Is the only answer to give her a bath or are there alternatives we could try?

How about dry shampoos? Haven't tried them myself but might be worth a try. For static, I use a grooming serum, #1 grooming systems fabulous grooming spray, which I got from petcetera. Bella tends to get very static ears, especially after a bath and its keeps it under control.
