Clipper repair
« on: July 08, 2011, 12:39:25 PM »
Has anyone had to send their clippers away for repair and, if so, where did they send them to?  My Osters stopped working and about 5 to 6 weeks ago I sent them off to Denman for repair but I just received a phone call to say that they don't deal with animal clippers. I've emailed Zooplus on the off chance that they may replace them (under a year old and only used 4 times) but they don't seem to sell that model anymore so not holding out much hope on that one  :005:

Surley should replace them or get them fixed for you.

I have sent clippers to Technogroom to be repaired, don't know if they do all makes though.

I think you should be able to get them replaced. But if you can't, I've sent blades to Diamond Edge for sharpening in the past and have bought replacement blades from them. They've always been very helpful. They do repairs and servicing too.
