Hand stripping in Bristol?

I have a beautiful 4 month old, Blue Roan cocker spaniel bitch. I am already trying to find someone doing/teaching hand stripping in the Bristol area. Don't mind travelling - am a bit concerned after seeing many local cockers attacked by clippers !

If anyone knows of somebody reliable I'd be grateful - thanks.
