Advice please

Can anyone please recommend a very qood quality medicated shampoo that we can bathe Megan with.  Up until now we have used Johnsons No More Tears but her coat is getting so thick and woolly since being spayed (Megan is 7 year old rescue ex-breeding).  It looks as if she has a little dandruff which we want to sort out now

I used to use Coatex Medicated shampoo on William in the days when he used to have sensitive skin that was itchy and sometimes erupted into little red spots (before I changed him to a raw diet, which sorted out his skin problems). It's medicated but also soothing.
