best everyday brush/comb?
« on: July 31, 2012, 03:02:31 PM »
I am still using the same brush and comb i got for Pepper as a puppy. I take him regularly to the groomers but want to buy a good brush? comb or both for daily use, one for his ears and then his coat to get tangles out. what would you recommend?

I use a palm pin brush like this: http://www.collarsandtags.co.uk/ergo-palm-pin-brush-p-1139.html

Brodie has sensitive skin and it's the only brush she is comfortable with getting brushed with. Used it since she was a pup and it's good for matts.

Make sure it's a gentle slicker with little plastic bobbles on the pins.

Any pet shop or Pets@Home, I think they're readily available.

I got a gentle slicker from my local B&M it has the little plastic nodules on top and also has a push up base for cleaning. I have also seen them in Wilkinson's
