Indeed I have, and unfortunately I forgot to tell her to leave her tail, so even that is bald! But she did need a good go, and it does grow back quite quickly so fingers crossed!

Aww she looks lovely still, and you had to do what was best for her with the mats so close to her skin.It would have looked so much worse if her ears had been shorn off too.

I have Ruby clipped short but she still has feathering and i always call her my little goat when she comes back from the groomers, 24 hours later she usually smells like one too  :lol2:
People laugh at me because I'm different, but I laugh at them because they are all the same.

Awwww Lynn, in the first picture she looks identical to Toby's little friend Mable, she has loads of coat too.  She looks great and will be soooo much easier to manage over the next few weeks (it grows back so quickly).  I love her purple coat too.  She is now officially "Miss Posh Socks".  :005:

Thanks for your lovely replies  :luv:  I have to admit I was and still am , a bit tearful  :'(  She is clearly more comfortable, but she doesn't look like Ruby !! She is still my gorgeous girl though  :luv: better not tell her she is "Miss Posh Socks" or she'll think she can get away with anything  :005:

She looks gorgeous  :luv: I think clipped cockers look very smart; my two are goats all summer and allowed to be sheep in winter :D
