New brush advice please...

I've been using a Mikki
porcupine brush on Ellie and it's
looking a bit shabby, so I think a
nice new brush is in order...
We originally tried with 2 types of slicker
which she didn't tolerate so they aren't
on the agenda.
I think I would like a bristle brush, not
too soft, as I do get static off her with
the Mikki brush.
In the Groomers catalogue I'm looking
at the Bass brushes but any suggestions
are more than welcome.

Looking with interest at this thread Steff. We need a brush too and I have no idea which I should get/would be suitable. She absolutely hates slickers of any kind too so I just don't use one.

Ok well i bought a Bass all bristle
palm pad brush....
Absolutely fine getting through
her coat , she is tolerating it well
and it's leaving a nice shine so that's
all good...but I find the size a little
large for my hands, not much so
it's only a minor quibble.
I give this brush 8/10
