Title: Another Email error!

I'm getting the following message when my email is trying to Send/Receive emails:

Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error.  If you continue to receive this message contact your server or ISP.  The server responded: -ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server; Cannot connect to the mail server!

Any clues :huh:

What anti virus are you using?
As it sounds like that is in error

Sounds like your server may be temporarily down or as it says AVG maybe your anti virus is stopping emails for some reason

Problem sorted but not sure what it was.  I tried rebooting the PC and it worked, no error message ::)
