This is from local police (Romsey, Hampshire) via Neighbourhood Watch -
"Country watch officers executed a warrant at Paices Hill Caravan park, Aldermaston on the morning of Monday February 4th. The warrant was carried out following the theft of a dog from an address in Mottisfont, Romsey in September 2012.
A 50 year old male and an 18 year old female, both from Aldermaston, were arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and have been released on Police bail until the 19th March"
It relates to a Cocker stolen from her home just a few miles from where I live. She was subsequently recovered by her owners, who got the police involved, but I'd heard nothing since so thought the police enquiry had come to nothing. Good to hear something positive about it.
