Save Contact Numbers from mobile to pc

Is there a way to save contacts from a Samsung Galaxy 2 to a pc which can at a later date be transferred to another mobile please?

If the contacts are saved on your sim card then you can buy a USB stick in which you can insert your SIM card and download the information to your PC.  The USB stick comes with software to enable you to do this.  If the contacts are saved in the 'phone's memory then you should be able to transfer them to your PC via Bluetooth and your 'phone's manual should tell you how to do this.
