Bramble at nearly 12

Bramble is now 11 and 8 months and since the last clock change back in November has been waking at 4/ 5am for a wee and sometimes a poo.. despite her going out at 11pm. We put her out then and try and get her to settle, but from 6am she is whining for food.. so I get up with her then and try and get her to wait until 7am. Once she has eaten she settles down to sleep.  She has become much more vocal over the last few months , whining , moaning and barking if she is annoyed at anything . She also now hates being groomed..She has pancreatitis so on a restricted diet and has a steroid every other day and also is not keen on going for a walk. She is now completely food obsessed.
