i have bought some chicken wings from sainsburys do i take meat off or defost and just give bob one i know silly question but i want to make sure

No just defrost and give them whole. Bash them with a rolling pin to make it easier for them, until they can manage them.

My pups start chewing on them from 4 weeks old, by the time they are 6 weeks they need no help what so ever, so just offer it and see how it goes.
