PM Box Management

I know that I have read a help file somewhere on COL that tells me how to manage my Inbox, Sent Items, Saved etc  :?  but I can' find it...can anyone help?

Hi Rachel,
At the far right hand side of each message (to the right of the date) is a small box, but ticking this you can the choose whether to Save Marked, Delete Marked or Delete All.
Is that what you needed to know :?:
