Shredded wheat

Ruby discovered a bitesize shredded wheat on the floor,she went crazy sniffing round for any more,

Could i give these to her as an occasional treat,any thoughts ?

Sainsburys gave the charity I work for about 100 boxes to feed to the horses! Millie quite often has them as treats, she loves them.

Some dogs can be intolerant to Wheat so it's probably not a good idea but shouldn't do any harm in small quantities. I can't see it actually being beneficial though  ;)

Darcey has shreddies (well, the supermarket non-nestle equivalent) every morning. She has anal gland "issues" and these keep her poos firm - we haven't had to have her emptied since we started the shreddies  ;)

Also she LOVES them and will perform for them like they are the tastiest treat on earth! I clicker train her with them  :lol2:
