Hello from Athens!
« on: March 01, 2010, 06:46:02 PM »
Hello!
My name is Julie & live in Athens Greece.
Unfortunately in Greece there is not a cocker spaniel forum.
So, if you dont mind, I would like to share with you my thoughts & ask questions on the puppy I am going to adopt!
Owning a show type English cocker Spaniel has been my dream since I was a child...But life always brought me different breeds...
So now, on my 39 years, I decided to make my dream come true!
I live in a big appartment with a huge veranda of 120m2 for my little one to have some exercise & training lessons! Of course we will also take our daily exercise in the severall parks around but also to the country side closed to my house as well as my summer house by the sea!
On April 10th, Scarlett, my black English Cocker Spaniel girl, in the age of 11 weeks will travel with me from Cyprus. I will adopt her from a nice kennel there.
I am so happy I found you!As England, is the mother country of these beautiful happy dogs!!!

Welcome Scarlett - the people on COL have been such a support to me (I'm also a newbie to the site) - so I know you've found a fab place to start your new life with your new cocker!  :D

Hello Hannah!!
I love Weimaraners too very much! They have so lovely velvet coat & beautiful colors.
Do you use it for hunting?
I had a boxer for 12 years & a pyrenenan mountain dog for 7 years!
to be honest, it makes me so sad to post their photos as I deeply was hurt by ther loss...
