23-11-11 UPDATE
Pops was scared of everything when she arrived in foster. Now she is 'friends' with the dogs here and is steadily gaining confidence from them. Pops is 'interested in' the resident cats but will leave them alone when told to. She is housetrained, and sleeps soundly through the night. Pops is ok in the car. Out in the woods, she's a typical cocker, nose to the ground, wanting to chase squirrels - however she's not ready to be let off the lead yet; she has little recall and is still easily spooked. Pops is a beautiful, loving cocker spaniel. She needs a forever home with a calm resident dog, where, with kind handling, she will become a loyal, loving pet.
