Zorro is coming up to 6 months already - god knows where the time went! ph34r
He's a gorgeous little boy, absolutely loves his cuddles, dotes on his big half-sister Bella and has become a pro-wrestler under her tuition. He is thoroughly ball-obsessed which has been brilliant for his recall (and unlike Bella he'll drop the ball at your feet and stand back for you to pick it up!).
He's a completely natural retriever, we've thrown his ball into piles of leaves, long grass, thick undergrowth, even a holly bush once by mistake, and he fearlessly goes in, tail going like the clappers and finds that ball no matter what and brings it proudly back to you - what a star!
Bella and him are complete little soul mates and absolutely love each other - when they're wrestling they always spend half the time just lying next to each other on their backs, tails wagging and nuzzling each other really gently all over their necks and faces :luv:. If one of them's been out for training etc, they are always really happy to be reunited, and Bella especially tends to be a bit mopey if he goes out without her.
His bad points? Eating cat poo and sometimes being a bit overly demanding on the attention front despite lots of very deliberate "ignore him" ploys on our part. That's really it - he's a fab little guy!
So overall I guess you could say we quite like him :lol: :lol:

He looks a bit wayward in that photo with big sis! Sort of lanky teenager. Guess he's not gone all "Kevin" on you yet?
:lol: :lol: He is just starting to be a bit wayward, he's just sooooo excited by everything that he ends up all hot and bothered and just kind of lolls along panting and waggling and wanting to be right in your face to kiss you (he kind of presses his big soft nose into your face and kisses from that position :luv:). His fave thing at the moment is using the bouncy sofas to launch himself into a body slam onto Bella (she doesn't seem to mind in the slightest). We have 2 sofas facing each other and he boings off one, one bounce off the floor and up onto the other sofa, then back again, then back again, you get the picture ::) :lol: Bella just sits in the middle watching him and getting gradually more excited as the pandemonium grows.
Thankfully cos he's so ball obsessed he's really easy on walks, no running off or anything and he barely bothers with other dogs cos of the ball. :D Still, watch this space, I'm sure he will have a a few rascally months to come!
