Just picked up on this thread - I think Barney looks gorgeous and if it was me, I wouldn't worry at all.

I know how you feel though, two weeks after picking Scooby up from the breeder she phoned to tell me that his bottom canines are growing at the wrong angle and he may need them out.  I was really cross with her and upset that my baby wasn't perfect.  The vet has said he will most probably need one of them out, or maybe even them both.

Thing is, if the breeder had told me about this before, would I have had him.  I don't know.  Unlike you though, I didn't see Scooby before he was 8 weeks old as he was promised to someone else and I was offered him on the last minute.  I literally went to see him and brought him home that day.  If she had of told me when I had got there I probably would have still brought him home cause I fell in love instantly

He's a gorgeous boy no matter what colour his eyes are. I bet you are releived it's nothing serious and just cosmetic. If Pepsi had had different colour eyes we would still have had her too. It's only been three weeks, she's turned our lives and home upside down but I wouldn't give her back - no way!

Hi,

It has been amazing the amount of people who have experienced dogs with different coloured eyes, it has been so helpful relieving my anxiety, i am glad barney is different that i didnt take up the offer to exchange him like a faulty jumper for a perfect version.

as from tommorow there are only 8 days left until he comes home, the cage is set up in the kitchen already as are his bowls , he now has his own cupboard, which the whole family delight in looking into at regular periods
