Yep, I paid twice for my puppy, once for changing ownership and once for changing the details on the microchip  >:(

Following the advice you posted Jane, I've completed my KC Transfer of Ownership online so I assume the relevant paperwork to then change the Petlog details for free will follow?

I think you may have to ring Petlog to get your free transfer of keepership?
