First Walkies
« on: January 11, 2007, 03:02:56 PM »
Chester will at last be free to go wherever tomorrow, when his innoculations are complete, it has seemed like forever! We are planing to walk somewhere local in the morning for about 10 15 mins, then a more rural one in the afternoon. Going to get a long lead today and let him off if his recall is still looking effective with all the extra distractions... I am excited, and nervous, as I'm sure he will be.. can't wait!
Anyone want to share details from their Dog's First Walkies?

I was terrified and so excited! We went to a park, really early in the morning to avoid lots of other people. I took a couple of photos on my mobile tho tbh she just looks like a blob!
Take lots of treats and have a lovely time! BTW we let her off the lead from the start and have never really had any problems.
Enjoy! :luv:
