A lot of you seem to use "be quick" and "hurry"..we use that when we have to cross a busy road, I gather the leads up, get them to "watch me" then say "quick, quick ...hurry up" and we whizz across the busy road to "our" field.  Must remember never to offer to walk any of your dogs or I could be in BIG trouble in the middle of Caistor High Street :005:!!!

I also caught myself saying this last night and had to laugh, it's another daft saying that I have, fortunately the neighbours around here think I'm already a butty short of a picnic.

we use "outside" works wonders and is not embarassing to say!!

See I ask her "do you want to go outside?" and she raises her paw and barks and runs to the patio doors. Out we go and then another quick prompt of "toilet" usually sorts it. I have to say the fact that she can pee on command is a huge blessing! Before long car journeys, when I go to work, if I'm going to someone's house etc etc

I (still) don't have a dog (yet!) But I asked this question to the dog owners at work and thought I'd ask you guys.

My parents used to stand out in all weathers saying "busy busy!" to get their pups to go. I'll no doubt do the same.

What words do you use?
:luv:     I  use  be  quick  (  it  works  everytime ) .
