Sleep - How much should puppies have??
« on: January 20, 2010, 10:38:44 PM »
Hiya,

My ten week old puppy never seems to sleep during the day and i thought they spend most of the day sleeping at this age.
He is always hyperactive and even if i put him in the kitchen for 'calm down' time i can just hear him running around and banging.

Any suggestions, advice or experiences would be appreciated

Thanks  :luv:

I guess they are all different....Poppy at that age would be manic for a bit then sleep for a couple of hours to recharge before reigning terror again  :lol2:

kara wouldn't sleep at this age unless she was put in her crate and the front was covered to make it dark.  >:( I don't know what we would have done without her crate it was a god send for us. We put her in there after playing and when she looked tired (because thats when the biting started >:( )

But she sleeps right through the night (and always has) from 9 till 6 in the morning.  :luv:
