Humping

hi all,

I need some advice again.

My 14 week old boy has just started "humping" he is lay on my knee at the mo but humping it!!
I didn't think he would do it yet?!
my poor daughter copped for it the other day lol

Is this normal?

Pretty normal I think! I remember legs and arms being victims...my 15 month old still has silly humping moments!

Humping can become a learned behaviour so try to distract him before he gets too into it  :D

lol,mine has done it on occasion from 8 weeks with his cushion in his basket.a loud and stern no usually works >:D :lol:

My little Marley first started humping his teddy at 8 weeks during the puppy walker's first visit to meet him. I was very red faced! Still going strong at 5 months  :005:

I have a show GIRL 14mths who tries to hump my MIL's working GIRL and vice versa :doh:

They don't even care if they get the wrong end!!!!!!!!!! :005: :005:

I went to view Dennis at 7 weeks and he humped my arm  :lol2: Hes nearly 4 now and loves his teddies a little too much  ph34r

At 14 week hes a baby and i would put it down to excitment and would try to distract him  :D

Im going to post pictures now, tried off the Ipad and it didn't work so I am sat at the PC with Alex by my foot........... Probably waiting for the right moment to pounce!! ha ha  ;)

It seems to be something only certain cockers do as Pepper has only tried it once in his 3 years and that was when I was shaking the throw on my sofa and he got a bit excited about it...  :005:

I can't say the same for other boys though (dogs) as they seem to make a beeline for Pepper!  :005: :005:

My girl Brodie is the same, she started at eight weeks old :005:. Her victims tend to be her teddy bear and cushions, which I suppose after reading this I should be thankful for :lol2:

Darcey humps Bingley. Even my 11yr old knows that's the wrong way around!  :shades:
