I had a BARF delivery of frozen meat on Monday. I have got some lamb ribs (well racks of really - but thats another story)
It has been frozen into bags of 12 - 15 racks per bag - so WAY too much to use in one go - does anyone know if its safe to defrost it, portion it up, then freeze it again??
Also if anyone has any ideas on how to portion up racks of ribs - I would be very grateful
