Abbi is going to have a photo shoot on Monday, next week, along with my MIL's Sheltie. We bought my MIL the photo shoot for Xmas and have now decided to have a session for Abbi at the same time (which the photographer is giving us a 50% discount). I'm really looking forward to it and hope that Abbi enjoys it too.

I have had lots of correspondence with the photographer and he sounds really welcoming so looking forward to the results.
I don't suppose anyone's had any experience of this photographer? He is based in Tunbridge Wells. Will let you know how we get on!

We are thrilled with the results and think it's going to be tough to choose what to have!
(Just to confirm - the photographer is happy for me to share the link.)

Hope the shoot goes well. Would love to see the photo's if copyright allows :005:

Yes, I wasn't sure whether I'll be able to put any pics on COL or not. I'll check with him on Monday.

His pet gallery looks great - I especially like his cat photos :luv: Have a great time and I hope we can see some of the photos :D

I would be really interested to see the photos Brenda. I would like to have some of my two, Ebony is so difficult to get a good picture of and when the 2 of them are together I can never get the light right. And I wouldn't have far to travel :D

Some lovely photos :D
We've just had a photo session done with a well known company, but I refused to let OH buy any photos ph34r :005:, beautiful as they were, the one we liked would have cost over £700 framed ph34r :shades:

Abbi went for her photo shoot today and "performed" well for the camera. We were there for 2 hours in the end as we had a double sitting with my MIL so she was quite exhausted by the end!
Nick took probably over 100 shots and they will then go onto a web page for us to view, in about a week. We can then choose which shots we would like to buy. Once we get the page link through I will check with him if I'm allowed to put the link on COL for anyone who's interested.
Can't wait to see the results.

O I bet they'll be some corkers....can't wait to see them ;)

The photographer has sent me the link to Abbi's photos so now we just have to choose which to have! We are thrilled with the results and are thinking of trying to have some sort of photo collage made. If you look on his website you'll see what I mean - a large photo with a smaller image within the photo.
I think he has captured her expressions well in lots of them. The ones of both dogs are quite funny as Abbi seems to be leaning away from Molly as if to say "I'm not sitting with HER!"

I think I'm going to have to start saving some pennies :D

Do you think you have enough to choose from? :005: :005: So many lovely photos, I'd be hard pressed to choose so think a collage is a good idea :shades:
Abbi is :luv: :luv: :luv: Molly looks such a sweetie too :luv:

The usual cost of the sitting is £30 which is for about an hour. As we had bought one for MIL and were having ours at the same time he charged us £15. I think each 8x10 is about £20 (smaller ones are about £12 - £15) I'm not sure how much the collage type one would be yet as he said to choose what we want and he'll price it up. I would rather have 1 good picture which I think captures Abbi how we know her (if you get my drift) and display that, rather than buy several and end up with most of them in the drawer.
Thank you for all your compliments - we are so pleased and she was so good sitting/laying etc while he got all the shots - but then we are a little bit biased!!!
