Title: Names !!

Hi, as some of you know I'm awaiting the arrival of my pup in a cuuple of weeks !
I'm still thinking of his name :/ I really like Hugo but I'm wondering if its too much like 'no' ?
What do you think ?

Lovely name !  Although you will probably change it a hundred times when you get him home before you settle on the one you want!

When choosing a name pick something you like and (quite importantly) something you wouldn't mind shouting in public.

I do like Hugo :)

Theres a blue roan cocker spaniel called Hugo on a you tube video (Ive watched many)

Love the name Hugo, one of Rufus's litter mates is called Hugo.

I know this may sound daft.... but I think that somehow they"tell" you their name when you take them home.
I had no intention of calling Cassie "Cassie" It just popped into my head and suited her ,well in my eyes!!.
BUT Hugo is a great name

Great name, it works well as a puppy name and for when he's grown up.

One of our Holly's son's is called Hugo, an orange roan  :blink:

Ah thanks guys !
I think I agree about them telling you their name - I say this as a midwife that you sometimes need to meet them first !
Maybe I should stop stressing - it's ridiculous , in waking up thinking of names !!
I have a list - but I do quite enjoy looking !

Hugo's a perfect name! The calling-out-in-public thing is very important - you have to feel comfortable with the name (I must've called "Henry" about 50 times - to no avail  >:D - today). Can't wait to see photos.

Awww Hugo is cute, i LOVED Bailey if we were to get a boy but OH didnt like it also liked Dexter and the little boy we went to see was registered as Dexter  :lol2: thought it was meant to be but after more looking we ended up with our little girl Millie  :luv: we both loved the name so that was easy hehe, so exiting when you are preparing for your arrival i think it is like having a baby  :005: xx
