Oh wow! welcomes already - huge thanks! :D
Mich, may I ask you - is there a difference between Cockers and Working Cockers? Please excuse my ignorance! lol
Of course I will familiarise myself with how to work my way around the board and then will try to post some pics, I warn you though, she's no beauty queen!! lol (except of course to me and the rest of her family).

Yes there is!!! Working cockers tend to have a shorter coat and higher set ears. Often they can have longer legs too. Some say that working cockers are more lively, although I know many owners of show cockers that would tell you this is not true!!
If you do a search of the forum then you with find lots of posts explaining more about the differences.
You can see a picture of my boy in the photo gallery under 'the others'.
:D Oh sarah25! I have just been laughing my head off as I just ADORE your avatar and my little 4 year old boy has just yelled - 'look Mummy! Paul O'Grady's dog!'. So funny.

LOL! :D - I think I managed it with coming from another forum. :D
Thanks for the lovely kind comment by the way, I know she is a bizarre colour, but she really is a dream of a dog - I have never ever had such a brilliant temperament before.
She was sold at 11 months old as the working cockers she lived with used to attack her when the went for their field runs - this is still with her as when we are out and a dog approaches her, she literally screams, it is frightening!
Awwwww Casey....Trixie is beautiful

By the way Suzysu, I LOVE your signature and wagging doggie - how did you manage that!? :D

Does that make us all Conkers then?
Hello and welcome to COL :D
I love the look of your girl as I have a blue roan and tan little boy - all his blue roan-ness has turned very dark now apart from his little white and tan feet :) He is still only a baby at 4 months.
I am sure you will have hours of fun on here...we all do!!
