Title: Oh Hello
Post by: Ally on August 28, 2003, 01:28:18 PM
I didnt notice this before I posted my puppy problems. My name is Ally I live in Bristol with my Family and my new addition (King) Louie. He's 13 weeks old and black and white (perhaps i will put up a pic when I get the hang of it). We are having a few teething problems but nothing out of the ordinary and we all love him to bits. Hes my first Cocker having had a chocolate lab before (and vowing never again) called Mad Max, this is a very different experience. I have to wait another 3 weeks before he can go out, which is torture, but we will get through it ::).
Thats it for now.

Take him out now—I carried mine around everywhere in one of those puppy pouch things I got from petplanet from about the age of 8 weeks. We did shopping areas, the park, train, you name it he came too so that by the time he was raring to be put down he wasn't scared of anything. Its fun carrying them everywhere as you won't get far because someone will always want to give him a cuddle and its a good way to get used different people.

Good luck—while they're not as mad as labs they make up for it in being very wilful, but its fun trying to outmanoeuvre them!

;DWelcome aboard Ally! I carried Indie everywhere before her jabs had completed, it's a great way of socialising them!

Good luck!
