My parents kept my first ever dog a total secret from me.
I was 13 and when I got home from school, mum told me that dad wanted me in the dining room to talk to me.
Dad was NEVER home from work at that time of day, and I just assumed I was in big trouble about something.
I nervously went into the dining room where dad was kneeling on the floor with his back to me - when he moved I saw he had an Airedale puppy in a box.
I have never ever forgotten how I felt at that moment, and believe me it is a very, very, very, long time since I was 13 years old.

Your children will never forget the moment, so cherish it and the looks on their faces.

Roll on tomorrow for you all - can't wait to see pix.

Love the name by the way.
