Hi there. Just wanted to introduce Mily, KC name, Only A Squirt, apparantly because she was the smallest in a litter of 10. She was born May 2007 but I have only had her since 23 September. Her previous family (she is from Wiltshire, though I live in West Sussex - long journey but worth every mile of of it!) needed to re home her as she was fighting with their 5 year old Border Terrier. She is an absolute angel and settled in with me and my 12 year old son soooooo quickly. Her parents are Jackalantern Oxo and Jackalantern Mystery. Any other relatives of her please please let me know as I would love to know more about her.
Thanks
Helen

Hi and Welcome! :D
Are Jackalantern working lines? I'm sure I've seen a choc and tan worker (who is gorgeous!) who is Jackalantern.
Look forward to seeing piccies of Millie! :luv: What colour is she?
Enjoy COL! :D

P.S - forgot to say, I have two Working Cockers, Roxy and Rio :)
EDIT: Just looked at my girls pedigrees and found Roxy has Jackalantern in her pedigree: http://www.cockersonline.co.uk/discuss/index.php?topic=43079.0 and is also in the pedigree of the dog I mentionned earlier.

Thanks for the lovely welcome.
Mily is 'red' I guess? She was mistaken for a 'little red setter' a couple of times already!!
Yes, I look forward to many very happy years with her - brain haemorrhage last year has made me want to live a full life and enjoy every moment, Mily will certainly enhance it that's for sure, she's a very special angel - came along at just the right time. Long walks and cuddles every day should keep her very content and a perfect companion.
I look forward to viewing this forum on a regular basis.

Holly - Roxy definitely looks similar to Mily. Must be the Jackalantern lines in them?? Not that I have much knowledge of breeding lines etc.....
