I knew it would happen - went to see some pups yesterday and I have reserved a little chocolate working cocker. He is 5 weeks old - I have some pics but don't think I'm allowed to post them on here until he's 8 weeks old. We are getting him on 20th October.

Hopefully he will make a perfect little brother to Roxy who's 16 months old.

We have chosen the name Bobby for him ...can't wait to get him :)

You can post pics now  :D. The 8 week rule only applies to breeders. They aren't allowed to post pictures of litters they've bred and aren't allowed to post a pic. of any puppy they're keeping from a litter they've bred until that puppy is 8 weeks old.

If he turns out anything like Roxy he will be perfect...just need to get the next few months out of the way - heaven help the Christmas tree! :)

Hee hee Steff -  prison -  he's in a pen :)  It was really funny - he is one of a litter of 9 and there were 4 left for us to choose from. We picked him and then put them all back in the pen...all the rest went into their bed except little Bobby who just sat there looking at us. The breeder has put little cat collars on all the ones that are sold - he looks so cute in a collar :) Roxy used to hate hers when we first got her so I think it's a good thing him getting used to it while he's young :)

God, he's given me real broodiness and Sherlock's only 5 months old - I thought I'd never be able to cope when we first brought Sherlock home so why on earth am I now thinking that maybe he needs a companion!!!  :o

awww a little choco cocker! very gorgeous  :luv: though i maybe a tad biased! hes very cute, we got Delta at 11 weeks, shes a choco cocker with a flash, wish id seen her at this tender age...bet you cant wait to bring him home! can i ask where you have seen him? its just that Delta is a worker too and we got her from a breeder in southport named Jane

Hi everyone....still waiting for little Bobby and about to email the breeder to see if I can get an updated piccy. Lemoniee - he is from a breeder in Yorkshire who is a gamekeeper and uses his dogs as workers...little Bobby won't be working, he's just a pet with enormous energy reserves no doubt if he is anything like Roxy :)
