Soften food for teething?
« on: March 18, 2013, 05:51:14 PM »
Is this a good idea?!
Holly has just lost her first tooth  :luv: and her second one is severely wobbly.
Is is worth softening her food. Mi do give her ice cubes to soothe her gums and nylabones etc but wondered about the food
Thanks!

Lila went off her food for a few days when teething and I did soften it so she could eat it  :D

Can't say we had any problems, the teeth came out but never seemed to bother her :dunno: if your pups on kibble a little warm water may help ;)

Maisy has lost loads of her teeth with permanent one through, just one last canine to come out.  She's only chewed, chewed and chewed.  She didn't go off her food at all.  :shades:
