Hi our puppy is 9 months now and I think she is in season. Her vulva and teats are swollen and she is a bit off her food and very sleepy. I havent noticed any blood yet.
This is our first doggy any advice, tips to help us through it would be appreciated.

Lots of TLC, and keep her on a lead when out walking. I found a quite park when Honey was in season and if another dog came in I shouted at the owners and asked if the dog was male and entire and let them know that she was in season. Everyone was very kind understanding and sympathetic. It will be about three weeks before you can go back to normal....
