Hi there,

I live just outside Glasgow and have Busby, a three year old solid black and Buster, an 18 month old blue roan. Buster is the only dog I have ever owned since he was a pup.  We didn't get to choose him because he was a 9 week old pup who had been chosen by another couple who were unable to collect him from the breeder because of a change in personal circumstances.

We went to see him and it was love at first sight. He remains an absolute angel. Wishing you every enjoyable moment of the whole seeing the puppy for the first time, holding the puppy, cuddling  the puppy experience and the enjoyment to follow. Have fun.

Best wishes, Macduck

Hi Andrew & Mark

Im from aberdeen and have a red cocker from Co.Durham.  My Pheobe is 18 months old and loves lots and lots of cuddles. Im sure she understands everything
i say, even 'Come give mummy a kiss'.

Im curious if your puppy is from the same people we purchased my Pheobe.
We searched for a good breeder locally, no joy. We went south, a long car journey
but well worth it i have a very healthy happy cocker.

Have lots fun with dougal. :D

Hi

We have indeed been chosen . Dougal came and sat in between us and didn't leave our side. he was very submissive and enjoyed getting his tummy tickled. There was no doubt whose puppy he was!

Being owned by a pup is a wonderful feeling isn't it? Lots of happy days to look forward to when Dougal finally comes home.

Best wishes

Hi

We are getting Dougal from Anahi Cocker Spaniels just outside Durham . The breeders Anne and Mark are lovely people and the dogs are all so friendly.
Is this the same as yours ?

Hi Andrew and Mark
We did get our Pheobe from Anne and Mark they are lovely people.
We took Pheobe down to Durham for a visit last July and she played with all
the girls and Ally. Did you see Buster? We plan to breed Pheobe with him next year
He was only 8 weeks old when we last saw him, he was so gorgeous. :)

I bet you cant wait to get Dougal home. Can i ask who is Dougals mum and dad.
I was just thinking if Dougal is a red cocker his dad must be Buster and mum Jessica or madelyn or riaha.

How long now till Dougal come home?

I wish you lots and lots of fun.

Pheobe & Pepi (melanie and graham) xx

That's amazing isn't it. Buster is Dad and Madelyne is Mum.....although Jasmine is at the moment inseperable from mum and the puppies.....
We are getting Dougal on Friday as is now weaned and he really took to us although this is a week and a bit early so we agreed to get his first injection.
We have been to see him twice the second time for 3 and a half hours and Dougal remembered us and seemed to respond to his name already. He sat with us the whole time and wasn't interested in Anne or Mark!! What a laugh we had. They are the nicest couple.

Best wishes for now

Hi Andrew and Mark
Good luck for friday, Can I ask is Buster much taller than madelyne cos he was a big puppy when we saw him last year? Also Pheobe is taller than madelyne and jessica.

Pheobes mum (saffi) is also madelyne's mum, so my pheobe is Dougals Auntie in around about way.

When we breed with Buster next year, Pheobes pups will be half brother and sisters to Dougal.

My last question has Buster got much blonde hair?

Take care, safe journey on friday hope its not too hot. Please say hello to Anne and Mark for me, hopefully we will see then soon. We were planning to visit then on our week off,  next week ,but they sound very busy, aslo Pheobe is off to come into season she is scenting lots.

Pheobe & Pepi xx

Buster is a wee bit taller than madelyne I think. He is a orange gold colour rather than a darker gold and they think our dougal should be the same.

Just wanted to wish you good luck for tomorrow, i can remember how excited we were, just could not wait to get our little one home, cannot believe that was 5 months ago and she is just sooooo beautiful, we love her to bits, infact we now say that we cannot remember her not being here with us.

Oh there is nothing like lots of kisses from a puppy with that lovely puppy breath!!

Have fun and take lots of photo's to relive these precious early puppy days.
